WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- I'm not going to sit here and try and convince you whether or nor the 1992 Dream Team is better than the 2012 Olympic basketball team. I was three-years-old during the Barcelona Olympic games.
Here's one thing I can convince you of: the 2012 is worth going to see live. LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony and Kevin Love -- my personal favorite -- will be gracing the floor of the Verizon Center Monday evening in an exhibition game against Brazil.
The problem some of you are having is the outrageous price of the tickets. The average seat is going for close to $200, and frankly, that probably isn't worth it for a two hour star-studded affair.
I have some good news for you.
Groupon.com is offering a discounted price on tickets in the upper end zone level. Seats that usually go for $79 are now going for as low as $43. The best part? You can purchase up to 10 tickets, to bring a whole van-full of American fans.
