Salt Lake City, UT (Sports Network) - The Utah Jazz and Atlanta Hawks have
reportedly agreed to a trade.
The Salt Lake Tribune, citing unnamed sources, revealed the Jazz will send
point guard Devin Harris to the Hawks in exchange for small forward Marvin
Williams.
The Hawks have also reportedly parted ways with Joe Johnson in a trade to the
Nets, leaving them with Jeff Teague as their starting point guard if the deal
goes through.
Harris, an All-Star in 2009, played in 63 games for Utah last year and
averaged 11.4 points and 5.0 assists per game -- his lowest totals since the
2006-07 season.
Williams, the second overall pick in the 2005 draft, has spent his entire
seven-year career in Atlanta and owns career overages of 11.5 points and 5.3
rebounds.
