WASHINGTON DC (WUSA) -- More than one hundred dogs arrived in Chantilly, Virginia, Sunday night from a puppy mill rescue operation.
The dogs were rescued from nine puppy mills in the mid-west. Members of the National Mill Dog Rescue brought the dogs to Chantilly.
The dogs will be checked out by a vet -- spayed and neutered --and made ready to go to new homes.
