COLUMBIA, Md. (AP) -- Howard County police say two men have been charged for a shooting at a Halloween party that left one man dead and another wounded.

Police say two others were injured at the party in Columbia early Sunday, but investigators don't believe the injuries were related to the shooting.

Police say 22-year-old Devin O'Brian Dixon of Elkridge has been charged with the murder of Aaron Brice and the attempted murder of Nathaniel Quick. Police say Quick may be paralyzed as a result of the shooting.

Police say 21-year-old Dean Schroyer, also of Elkridge, drove the car in which the two fled and has been charged as an accessory. And police say he also faces a drug charge for about three pounds of marijuana found at his home.
