STAFFORD, Va. (AP) -- Stafford County-area residents can get seasonal influenza shots without getting out of their cars.

Officials with the Rappahannock Area Health District says the shots are being offered to adults in a mass-immunization clinic Friday at the Stafford Regional Airport. Health officials stress that the immunizations aren't vaccines for the H1N1 virus, otherwise known as swine flu.

About 3,000 free doses of seasonal flu vaccine are being given on a first-come, first-serve basis for people 18 and older and have previously had a seasonal flu shot. They must remain in their cars and no immunizations will be given to pedestrians.
