One local community is celebrating its historic treasures with the stroke of a paintbrush. We're talking about Plein Air Olney. About 100 Olney area artists have been painting up a storm. The public is invited to the free Plein Air Olney gala this Saturday, October 24th at the Sandy Spring Museum on Route 108 at Bentley Road in Sandy Spring, Maryland. The time is from 5-10pm. There'll be hors d'oeuvres, wine and a live auction.
