(WUSA) -- The Brown Marmorated Stink Bug has become a real pest in the area. This is especially true in the fall as they invade homes and buildings seeking shelter from the winter.
The best defense against this smelly, but relatively harmless pest is by sealing up any cracks around the home with caulk and using weather stripping around windows and doors.
Currently, there are no chemical treatments recommended for home use at this time.
