3 Men Arrested For Having Sex With Underage Woodbridge Girl

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) - Prince William county police have charged three young men with having sex with an underage girl. The investigation began on August 27, when officers were called about a sexual assault that occurred in a house located off of Foxglove Court in Woodbridge.

The victim's mother reported that she returned home and found her daughter and a friend highly intoxicated. Both juveniles were transported to a local hospital. Police say the girls had invited a group of older friends to the house without their parents knowledge. During the visit, police say, three young men had sexual intercourse with the homeowner's daughter, who is a 14-year-old girl. Police say it is unknown who supplied the alcohol.

During the three-day investigation police identified the men and arrest warrants were obtained. The three were taken into custody and held without bond pending a hearing in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Police have charged all three men with carnal knowledge. The suspects are identified as: Oscar A. Hernandez, 19, of Woodbridge; Michael Jerel Garris, 19, of Dale City; and
Eric Sarvelio Orellana, 18, of Alexandria.
