WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA)--Personal vehicles are banned from all Potomac River Bridge crossings on Inauguration Day from 2am to 7 pm--from Virginia into the District.

The inbound lanes are being reserved for limos, buses and taxes.

Reliable Limousine in Silver Spring has already rented out half its fleet for Inauguration Day.

"You can go out enjoy yourself..and leave the driving to me,"drive David Grimshaw says.

Photographer Ilya Dreyvitser has been trying to figure out how he was going to get to his shoot on Inauguration day at the Creative Coalition's Ball.

" I might chip in with some people and maybe get in that way, otherwise I definitely have to leave 4,5, 6 hours early,"he says.

And worse things could happen to you than hanging out in this stretch Hummer for the night.

"We have champagne glasses for your champagne.. its equipped with tv ,dvd, neon lights, strobe light," Grimshaw says.

For $150 an hour.

And just like Vegas--what happens in the limo--stays in the limo--for now.

Grimshaw says, "next to politicians-- limousine drivers can write a book."
