SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA) - A Temple Hills man has been arrested in connection with his 4-year-old son's fall from a window, according to Montgomery County police.
Christopher Keith Harley, 30, of the 400 block of 23rd Parkway in Temple Hills, had been charged with child neglect and leaving a child under the age of eight unattended in late October after his son fell from a 9th floor apartment window, sustaining life-threatening injuries.
Harley was arrested on Oct. 26 and is currently out on bond awaiting a December court date.
The child remains hospitalized in serious condition.
