Police: Street Robber in Washington, D.C., NE, Wore Scuba Mask

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WUSA) -   A robber wearing a scuba mask and armed with a handgun struck at Third and T St. NE on Tuesday night, according to a police spokesman.

At approximately 7:47 p.m., the suspect, in a dark blue hoodie and scuba mask, approached the victim, the MPD spokesman said. The robber is described as a black male in his 20s, 5-foot-6-inches, about 140 lbs.

The victim of the scuba masked man was unharmed and police did not indicate what the suspect may have taken in the robbery.
