SPRINGFIELD, Va. (WUSA) -- Wednesday, 9News Now's Peggy Fox interviewed a woman who might be the fifth victim of a man who has been fondling women in the Springfield area. Thursday morning, Fairfax County police say they were "made aware of a fifth fondling incident" and released a composite sketch of the suspect.
The fifth victim was walking along Hibbling Avenue near Exmore Street when she heard someone behind her. She turned around to see why the person wasn't passing her and the man grabbed and groped her. She struggled free and the man fled.
She described him as Hispanic, in his 30s and about 5'8" tall. He had dark eyes and a "neatly trimmed beard." The man was wearing a black and white bandana with designs on it, black nylon pants with two blue stripes down the sides, a blue long sleeved shirt and black shoes.
