(WUSA) -- Maryland State Police are investigating after a man was apparently murdered outside a Federalsburg business shortly before midnight on Tuesday.
According to state police, 21-year-old Anthony. C. Abner was found lying on the pavement in the 200 block of East Central Ave. He had at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Someone had called 911 about gunshots in the area before police arrived at the scene.
So far, police have not determined a motive or arrested any suspects.

Police say Abner had moved from Seaford, Delaware to Federalsburg. It's believe he had been in town for less than a month.
