BELTSVILLE, Md. (WUSA) -- Prince George's County Police say they stopped a fencing operation that was being run out of a Beltsville hair salon and they have the salon's owner in custody.

Esther Goodwin is in custody after police say an investigation into a tip from a DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) store loss prevention officer revealed approximately $20,000 in stolen property.  Some of the items included purses and jewelry.
