DALE CITY, Va. (WUSA) -- Prince William County school officials say a water main break near Dale City Elementary school "has cut water supply to the school and surrounding area, but school remains open, as normal."
Officials are making some changes to deal with the lack of water. They will be shuttling students who have to use the bathroom to Bel Air Elementary until portable toilets arrive at the school. Hand sanitizer will be available. School staff will also provide boxed lunches and bottled water.
Students should remain at school, but students who must be picked up will receive an excused absence, say school officials. You can call the school for more information.
