Gerson Wilfredo Paz of Woodbridge, Va. Charged With Indecent Liberties With A Child

    • WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- A Woodbridge man is charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

    According to Prince William County police, detectives investigated 
    a report of indecent liberties in the 3400 block of Castle Hill Drive on Thursday. They found that 33-year-old Gerson Wilfredo Paz exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl on multiple occasions. 

    Paz was later arrested and he is being held without bond.
