Child Porn suspect Scott Smallwood
GREENBELT, Md. (WUSA) -- A former Prince George's County school bus driver pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of producing child pornography.
Twenty-nine-year-old Scott Smallwood of Upper Marlboro faces between 15 and 30 years in prison followed by supervised release up to life. His sentencing is scheduled for June 5.
Smallwood, a bus driver for Prince George's County Public Schools and a driver for a church, was arrested in May 21, 2010 and admitted that he made sexual contact with a seven-year-old boy, which was recorded on his cell phone.

According to his guilty plea, on March 15, 2010, Smallwood had left a microSD card on a 7-11 counter in Clinton, Md. which was then picked up by another person who saw 10 to 15 videos of a man in sexually explicit conduct with a boy. The person reported it to police and then gave it to authorities on March 17.
ICE HSI agents identified Small wood as the person who left the card behind and they found 13 videos -- eight showing Smallwood performing sexually explicit conduct with the seven year old boy or Smallwood engaging in sexual conduct in front of the boy.
The boy was located and interviewed by the Prince George's County Department of Social Services on May 21, 2010.
Smallwood admitted the boy came over for "sleepovers" and was given candy in exchange for the sexual contact.

When he was arrested, Smallwood also admitted that he had taken the microSD card out of his cell phone to destroy it, but accidentally lost it.
A federal search warrant was executed at Smallwood's residence. Law enforcement seized notebooks with charts and lists denoting sexual contact with several children, and hundreds of pages of stories about sexual encounters between minors, and between minors and adults.
