Police arrested Patrick H. Wilson, Jr., 18, of the 100 block of Garr Avenue and Jonathan D. Singleton, 19, of the 10000 block of Dutch Hollow Road late Wednesday afternoon.

The third teen, Robert B. Moss, 18, of the 1900 block of Cottontail Drive, turned himself in this morning at police headquarters.

On Jan. 21, eight vehicle owners reported to police that their vehicles had been entered and in some cases items, including GPS systems, flashlights and even a laptop computer, were stolen. Some vehicles were rummaged through, with nothing taken. All the vehicles were unlocked at the time, police said.

Police said some of the stolen goods have been recovered.

Several of the target vehicles were parked in the 1400 block of North Main Street. The other vehicles were parked on Thomas Way, Golden Rod Road and Duke Street.

Police continue to investigate other thefts from vehicles reported since December of last year.
