3.2 Earthquake Rattles Mineral, Va.
MINERAL, Va. (WUSA) - The U.S. Geological Survey reports that a 3.2 magnitude earthquake took place in Mineral, Va. at 6:39 p.m.
No details are available on how much, if any, damage the quake caused,and there is no word of injuries.
USGS seismologists confirm that the quake, 30 miles northwest of Richmond, was 9.1 miles wide, 6.5 miles deep.
