LANDOVER, Md. (WUSA) -- If you bought Sunland peanut butter in the past few months, Giant Food wants you to trash it and bring your receipt to its store for a refund.
Sunland Inc. voluntarily recalled some peanut butter products with best-if-used-by dates between May 1, 2013 and September 24, 2013 due to possible salmonella contamination. Products include:
- Sunland Banana Peanut Butter Spread, UPC 04868760906, 16 oz.
- Sunland Raspberry Peanut Butter Spread, UPC 04868761906, 16 oz.
