Bosnian Serb Gavrilo Princip, second right, is captured by police in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, on June 28, 1914. Princip fired the shots that killed Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir to the Austrian-Hungarian throne, and his wife Sophie.
