Blood and Food Drive honors Fallen Montgomery County Police Officer

Montgomery County Police Dept. hosted a Public Safety Blood and Food Drive, July 2, 2014 at its Public Safety HQ in Gaithersburg, Md. Capt. Paul Starks (front) and Assistant Chief Luther Reynolds gave blood. Donors also brought non-perishable food items for the Mid-County United Ministries Captain Joseph A. Mattingly Food Pantry. Capt. Mattingly died in the line of duty on September 13, 2003, after 28 years of service.
