MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA9) -- A babysitter was arrested and charged with murder and child abuse on Tuesday, Manassas City Police Department said.

Jessica Fraraccio, 21, of Manassas, has been charged in connection with the on-going investigation of the August 22, 2012 death of a 23-month-old child, police said.

The child died while Fraraccio was babysitting the child at a house on the 9300 block of Birchwood Court, police said.

She is being held at the ADC without bond pending on her appearance in Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
