SPRINGFIELD, Va. (WUSA9) -- The serial groper may have stuck for the 23rd time, Fairfax County Police say.

Police said a woman was walking on Bauer Road near Old Keene Mill Rd. around 3 p.m. on Thursday when she felt someone grab her from behind.

That's when the woman says a man matching the description of previous incidents groped her and ran off.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, in his late 20s, slim and around 5-feet-7-inches tall. He was wearing khaki pants, navy short-sleeved shirt with white writing on the back, dark-colored baseball cap and white tennis shoes.
