WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- A volunteer fire department rescued a man that was pinned down by a car that smashed into the front of a Woodbridge house.
Prince Williams County officials report that they responded to a call at midnight on Feb. 12. The volunteer fire department rescue team were able to free the trapped man, who was air lifted to a local trauma center.
There is no word on the current condition of the victim trapped under the car.
According to officials, crews stabilized the house before removing the car with a wrecker. The residents of the home have currently been displaced.
