MCLEAN, Va. (WUSA) -- Fairfax County police say that they are now investigating the death of Oscar Velasco Montano as a potential homicide.
Montano disappeared in July 2011 under suspicious circumstances from Fairfax County, Va.
The body of the 30-year-old man was located on August 8, 2012 in Frederick County, Md.
On Friday, police announced they were investigating Montano's case as a potential homicide.
