WASHINGTON, D.C. (WUSA) -- A stun gun disguised as a cell phone was confiscated from a passenger at Reagan National Airport Tuesday morning by a TSA officer, officials said.
The device, which was spotted at a terminal checkpoint as it passed through a metal detector, was a stun gun/light combo, featuring buttons that read "STUN" and "LIGHT".
The woman carrying the device gave it up and was able to catch her early-morning flight from DCA to Chicago.
No charges were made and there was no impact to airport operations.
