WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- A 20-year-old man is charged and is being held without bond for allegedly robbing a pizza deliveryman in Woodbridge with a BB gun.

Prince William County police say Ashanti Farrakhan Hairston of Fort Washington, Md. is charged with brandishing a firearm and public intoxication.

On Halloween night, Hairston allegedly crossed the street towards the victim, who was headed from his car to the customer's home, and pointed a handgun at him in the 15100 block of Catalpa Ct. He never shot at the deliveryman.

The deliveryman went back to the store and called police, who then located a man who matched the suspect's description. Hairston was arrested and charged.

He has a court date set for Nov. 20.
