BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, Va. (WUSA) --  9News Now's Jessica Doyle showed us Tuesday morning that Northern Virginia is the land of haves and have-nots when it comes to electricity. Some gas stations in Alexandria were also taped up because they can't operate without electricity.
