FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (WUSA) -- A man has been arrested and charged with robbing a bank on Tuesday. 

Herson Geovanne Torres, 22, of Fairfax County, tried to rob the Capital One Bank on 6367 Seven Corners Center, police said. 

Torres entered the bank on June 5 and slipped a note to the teller. Before the teller could give Torres any money, he ran away from the bank, police said. 

There were no injuries or any other incidents connected to this case.
