Rene Alberto Cruz, charged with peeping into a dwelling in Woodbridge
WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- Rene Alberto Cruz is charged with peeping into a dwelling after Prince William County Police say he stood on a plastic chair and looked into a house early Tuesday morning.
Police say a person called them to tell them someone was looking into a neighbors house on Greenhall Drive around 2:20 a.m. When police arrived they say the person picked up his chair and climbed over a fence.
Police were able to apprehend the man, later identified as Cruz, and arrest him without incident.
He is being held without bond.
