FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA) -- A Good Samaritan had her car stolen at knife-point around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
According to McLean Police Department, a 59-year-old woman was approached in Tyson's Corner by a woman claiming to be out of gas and needing a ride to the gas station.
The victim invited the woman into her vehicle, but as she drove towards Route 123, the suspect threatened her with a knife and told the driver to get out of the car. The victim was left on the side of the road.
Her vehicle, a 2003 silver Acura with Va. tags XEK8095, has not been recovered. There were no injuries. Police continue to investigate.
The suspect is described as a white female with large blue eyes, between 20 and 25-years-old. She has brown hair below her shoulders and is around 5'5." She wore a black hooded sweatshirt and light colored pants. She told the victim that she was a college student.
