Same man may have exposed himself at 2 Manassas stores

MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA9) -- Police are investigating whether the same man who exposed himself at a Barnes and Noble exposed himself again at a Harris Teeter.

Employees at the Barnes and Noble in the 8100 block of Sudley Road in Manassas reported that a white male between 50 and 60 years old, approximately 5'10" and 160 pounds with gray hair exposed himself at the story on Sunday, August 24th. According to employees, the man went to the children's section at 3:40 p.m., sat down with a large book in his lap and then exposed himself several times. An employee asked the man to leave the area and the man left the store, say police.

A woman reported an indecent exposure incident involving a man with a similar description, say police. A woman told them she was in the Harris Teeter in the 12700 block of Galveston Court on August 26th at approximately 6:30 p.m. when she encountered an man in an aisle. She told police that the man lowered his pants and exposed himself to her.

The woman described the man to police as a White male, between 50 and 60 years, old, 5'10" and 160 pounds with gray hair. He was wearing a tan hat, white t-shirt and black pants.
