Watch: Frank Underwood pranks Hillary for Bill Clinton's birthday

What do you get Bill Clinton for his 68th birthday on Tuesday?

Frank Underwood suggests an elephant, in a video spoof featuring House of Cards star Kevin Spacey and Hillary Rodham Clinton filled with sly references about the hit political drama and the 2016 presidential race.

You have to watch the video posted below, but keep your eye out for the "rectangular" office gag and what has become Hillary's standard line when she's asked whether she will run for president again.

"This is a very personal decision I'll make when I'm ready," Hillary Clinton says to Spacey in character as Underwood — while doing a Bill Clinton impersonation on the telephone.

The Clinton Foundation produced the video and asks viewers to sign their name on a birthday card for the former president. The card links to a donation page for the foundation.

Just a guess that Rep. Paul Ryan, the 2012 GOP vice presidential nominee, isn't going to click given his aversion to House of Cards.
