WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - Trump protesters and supporters are preparing to hold rallies in Washington, D.C. on Inauguration Day.
The group #DisruptJ20 spent much of Wednesday night painting signs to protest President-elect Donald Trump. Its members plan to march from Union Station to McPherson Square to voice their concern with Mr. Trump's agenda.
"We're going to have a large sound system (and) stage," said #DisruptJ20 member Lacy MacAuley. "From that stage, in McPherson Square, we're going to have great speeches."
A group of bikers named, "Let America Hear US, Roar for TRUMP" will gather in support of Trump at Dupont Circle. Organizer Ski Bischof said it was important Trump supporters have places to gather around town, too.
"I want people who are supporting of the American Constitution and that support Trump," he said.
Bischof added that his group is not concerned about groups with different views. He said it was their right to protest.
