More than 200 firefighters battled a five-alarm fire at an abandoned warehouse in Chicago, Illinois from Tuesday night to Wednesday morning -- in single digit temperatures. CBS Chicago reported that the "brutal cold turned spray from firefighters' hoses into snow, showering crews as they fought to keep the flames from spreading to other buildings" in the 3700 block of S. Ashland Avenue. Sheets of ice formed on the walls of the warehouse and the street. See the photos here, courtesy of Scott Olson/Getty Images
