Keith Robertson In Custody After Morgan State Shooting

Baltimore Police arrested 20-year-old Keith Robertson after shooting a Morgan State University football player. The Baltimore University was put on lock down after the student was shot. A Morgan State spokesman said there was a dispute between two people before the shooting. Sky 9 is on the way to the scene.
