PHOTOS: 2 Million Gallons of Sewage Flowing Into Howard County

Our Monika Samtani reports that two million gallons of RAW SEWAGE per hour is oozing from the Little Patuxent Water Reclamation Plant in Howard County, Md. due to a power outage. This is located in the Central part of Howard County and more than 50% of Howard County's population lives in this central part of the County.
