PHOTOS: Fiery Tanker Crash On I-95 In Newington, Va.

A fiery tanker crash on northbound I-95 killed the driver and blocked portions of northbound I-95 on Wednesday morning. The fire was reported around 2:12 a.m. It took four foam units to put out the stubborn flames fueled by the tanker's contents, which spilled from the wreckage and pooled in a second location which also caught fire.
