PHOTOS: Arson Investigation Underway At Silver Spring Barbershop

SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA) -- An overnight fire at a Silver Spring strip mall has sparked an arson investigation. Captain Oscar Garcia, spokesman for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue confirms an incendiary device has been found inside a salon that caught fire in the 900 block of Bonifant Street around 2:30 Thursday morning. Capt. Garcia says firefighters found smoke conditions on arrival but were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
