PHOTOS: Take Your Dog To Work Day

It began in 1999, celebrated by Pet Sitters International, as a way for workers to share one day at the office with a furry friend and to encourage adoption. Now it's grown to an annual event in which workplaces everywhere welcome canines on this one special day. Thousands of dogs will spend today sitting in on meetings, making photocopies of their paws, and bringing a tail-wagging energy to life on the job.
