A man was rushed to the hospital after he was attacked by two pit bulls, emergency officials said. It happened around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of 36 Street, NE in Washington. We are told 74-year-old Sawney Brown Bell was walking to a bus stop down Eads Street when the attack happened.
