SOMERVILLE, N.J. (AP) -- Special "420" shrubs for sale, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, bust, bust. Four-hundred-twenty is, of course, stoner's code for pot. And the cops know it.
Authorities in Somerset County, New Jersey, report they've arrested John Scott on charges of distributing marijuana and hashish.
Police say the investigation began after a detective noticed an Internet classified ad on Craigslist offering "420 shrubs for sale" with a "very nice pungent smell." Police say they made three undercover buys from Scott before busting him.
