Teen Charged In Bethesda Murder

BETHESDA, Md. - Detectives have charged Vitali A. Davydov with the murder of Dr. Wayne Stuart Fenton who was found dead in his office Sunday afternoon in Bethesda.

Police say the boy's father took his son to Doctor Wayne Fenton's office this afternoon in the 11500 block of Old Georgetown Road for an appointment.

Police say after the appointment that the boy's father saw his son outside the building acting strangely. The father then went to check on his son and Fenton, who he saw was unconscious.

The father then notified the police and gave officer a description of his son, who was captured not far from the building.

Police say they don't believe there are any other suspects and the cause of death has yet to be determined. Fenton's body has been sent to the Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy.

The suspect's name has not been released.
