Colorado detectives have used profiles posted on the MySpace social networking Web site to identify and arrest six rape and robbery suspects from a party that turned violent.
The victim met the suspects through MySpace, which drew 28 million visitors in December. She told authorities that she knew only the suspects' first names, but their pictures were on the Web site.
The group met for a party in February. Police say that at some point, the victim was no longer aware of what was happening, and she was sexually assaulted.
The men face charges ranging from sexual assault to felony theft. Some $40,000 dollars' worth of electronics, jewelry, clothing and other items were taken.
Boulder police say there was blood in almost every room of the house
