The mother of Vienna teenager Taylor Behl continues to speak out about her daughter's death.

Janet Pelasara told CBS's "The Early Show" she believes Ben Fawley will be charged with killing Behl.

The Richmond Times Dispatch has reported that Fawley told police Behl died accidentally during an intimate encounter in her car in Mathews County, where her body was found earlier this month.

Fawley has not been charged in Behl's death. He's in jail without bond on a weapons charge and several child pornography counts.

The 17-year-old Behl disappeared on September 5th from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, where she had just started her freshman year.

Pelasara says it couldn't have been an accident and doesn't believe her daughter would have gone with Fawley willingly.

The state medical examiner has yet to rule on how the teenager died.
