
Saving young lives, that's the goal for Maryland Lawmakers as they discuss ways to keep teenagers safe when they're behind the wheel.
It's a topic we've done many stories on, and now the General Assembly is ready to take action.
Today, teens and adults alike showed up at a Maryland House Committee hearing, urging lawmakers to not make it easier for teens to drive.
Car crashes killed 18 teens from around the area from just this start of the school year. The accidents have prompted the creation of five teen driving bills is this legislative session.
