The war on terrorism changes the life of a Rockville woman. Susan Warren from pumping iron, to boosting the spirits of soldiers abroad.

Scrawled on the back of a military meal box, Warren is rewarded for her labor of love.

When her nephew was sent to Afghanistan more than a year ago, the former body building champion began sending him care packages. And then her nephew told her how many soldiers received nothing.

So she put those muscles to use. Now shipping hundreds of boxes to strangers overseas. She survives on donations from friends, as the shopping and shipping runs more than $1000 a month.

The cost and commitment is enormous, but she says when the thank you letters started coming, she knew she couldn't quit.

But Warren claims her heart wasn't always so kind. She says she spent years carving her body to perfection' fighting only for herself.

A source of inspiration sits atop her bookshelf, it's a package Warren received from soldiers in Djibouti.

She says her packages are now her mission, and she wont stop, unless her body or the money runs out.
