Chances are, you remember this story of the strange looking animal spotted in the Baltimore area.
It's the unknown animal that's been showing up in one suburb for more than a month. The neighborhood children call it the "Hyote." That's half hyena - half coyote.
Well the mystery is over. They've caught him. Animal Control officers managed to trap the strange animal over the weekend. It turns out the animal wasn't a Hyena, or a Coyote. He was a red fox - with a bad case of scabies.
After a month on the loose, animal control officers say all it took was a cage and a sirloin steak to lure the creature into captivity.
