WASHINGTON (AP) -- The National Transportation Safety Board holds a public hearing next week to discuss its findings on Metro's Green Line derailment last January. Investigators will issue their final report Tuesday on the crash that injured 23 people. NTSB spokesman Keith Holloway says it will cover track issues, Metro procedures, response times and the maintenance of the car that derailed.

Authorities say the fifth car in a six car train went off the tracks on January 7th, striking a wall.

Initial reports say rescue crews didn't reach the train until 45 minutes after the accident.

The incident was the fifth derailment in Metro's 31-year history.
